Easy Fix Auto LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides mobile automotive and small engine repair services in Clermont, FL and surrounding Central Florida communities. We come to your location to perform agreed-upon services.
All prices shown on our website are general estimates only and are not guaranteed final prices. Final pricing depends on your specific vehicle, parts availability, and the actual condition of the equipment being serviced. We will always provide a confirmed price before beginning any work. You have the right to decline service at any time before work begins.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. We do not begin work without your agreement on pricing. Invoices are provided upon request.
Easy Fix Auto LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed damage, or issues unrelated to the services performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle or equipment is in a safe and accessible location for service. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No cancellation fees are charged for advance notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, parts availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
Parts installed by Easy Fix Auto LLC are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty, if any. Easy Fix Auto LLC provides no independent warranty on parts beyond what the manufacturer provides. Labor warranties are offered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and, when offered, will be stated explicitly in writing prior to the start of service. No implied warranties of any kind are made unless explicitly stated in writing. You are responsible for confirming warranty terms before service begins.
By submitting a service request and providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Easy Fix Auto LLC regarding your service request, scheduling, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
Customers who have previously received services from Easy Fix Auto LLC may receive occasional promotional offers, seasonal discounts, or service reminders via SMS or email. All promotional messages will clearly identify Easy Fix Auto LLC as the sender and will include opt-out instructions. To opt out of promotional communications, reply STOP to any text message or email easyfixautofl@gmail.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Opt-out requests will be honored promptly.
Easy Fix Auto LLC complies with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA) in all commercial communications. Promotional messages will not be sent between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM Eastern Time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. All services are performed exclusively within the State of Florida. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Fix Auto LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter. No verbal representations by our technician or any other employee shall modify these written terms unless agreed to in writing.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Easy Fix Auto LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Florida law.
